Well this sweet girl’s mama sure thinks so! She requested that we base Blaine’s entire newborn session around it, and I don’t think it could have turned out ANY

I mean just look.
Can you believe she SMILED for this shot? Ugh!
Hunter Green
To start her session off we decided on using hunter green. I think it went so beautifully with her skin tone!

Sunflower Yellow
Then we moved on to this beautiful yellow. I think it’s probably my personal favorite of this session!
And how pretty is this sunflower tieback?

Brown
If you know me or have been following my work for any amount of time, you know that I almost ALWAYS include at least one neutral color in all of my sessions.
That way you can decorate throughout your home with the images from your session without clashing with the decor you’re already using.
I don’t know about you, but I think this color is absolutely gorgeous!
Burnt Orange
And of course you can’t get by doing a fall newborn session without using orange!
When this sweet girl’s mama said she wanted burnt orange incorporated into her session I immediately thought of this drop. Isn’t it so pretty?
Family Portraits
Most of my clients take advantage of the included family portrait portion of my newborn sessions, which I love!
There is nothing like seeing and capturing beautiful memories for my clients with their, oh so little, newest addition to their family.
I love that it gives them something to look back on that not only captures the love and warmth of just having added their sweet new baby to their family, but also how tiny their baby really was when they first brought her home!
